Privacy Policy
Working Draft · Effective Date: November 5, 2026 — published pending legal review.
This Privacy Policy describes how Orenyx Labs, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company d/b/a Orenyx (“Orenyx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with Orenyx Wellness, including the website located at orenyxwellnessengine.com and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and should be read together with, the Orenyx Wellness Terms of Service.
1. Scope and Eligibility
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Service from Clients (the companies that subscribe), the owners and managers who use Client accounts, and Technicians who receive daily check-ins, as well as prospective users. The Service is restricted to individuals eighteen (18) years of age and older. Orenyx does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. If Orenyx becomes aware that it has collected information from an individual under eighteen (18), Orenyx will take reasonable steps to delete that information and terminate the associated account.
2. Information We Collect
Client and Owner Information. Name, business name, contact information, billing details, and crew configuration (number of technicians and selected plan).
Technician Information. Name, mobile phone number, and language preference, provided to Orenyx by the Client company.
Check-In Data. The responses a Technician submits through the daily check-ins, including quick check-off selections and short replies.
Payment Information. Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. (“Stripe”). Orenyx does not collect or store raw payment card numbers; Stripe collects and stores payment instrument data subject to Stripe’s own privacy practices. Orenyx receives limited transaction metadata, such as payment status and amount.
Usage Information. Information about how a User interacts with the Service, including log data, device and browser information, and analytics data.
3. How We Use Information
Orenyx uses the information described in Section 2 to: (a) operate, provide, and maintain the Service; (b) send daily check-ins to Technicians by text message or voice, in English or Spanish; (c) generate crew-level totals and trends for Clients; (d) process payments and manage billing; (e) verify User eligibility and legitimacy; (f) monitor for fraud, abuse, and violations of the Orenyx Wellness Terms of Service; (g) communicate with Users about their accounts and the Service; (h) improve and develop the Service; and (i) comply with applicable law and enforce Orenyx’s agreements.
4. How We Share Information
Within a Client’s Company. Owners and managers see crew-level totals and trends. The Service is designed so that individual Technician check-in responses are not displayed to owners.
With Service Providers. Orenyx shares information with service providers that support the Service, including Stripe for payment processing, hosting and infrastructure providers, and SMS, voice, and email providers, under confidentiality and data protection obligations consistent with this Privacy Policy.
For Legal and Safety Reasons. Orenyx may disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or where Orenyx believes disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Orenyx, its Users, or others.
Business Transfers. Orenyx may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to customary confidentiality protections.
Orenyx does not sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.
5. Text and Voice Communications
Daily check-ins are sent by SMS or voice call to the mobile numbers the Client company provides. Clients are responsible for having appropriate consent or authority from their Technicians to receive work-related communications. A Technician may opt out of messages by replying with STOP or by contacting Orenyx at Support@OrenyxLabsLLC.com.
6. Data Retention
Orenyx retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Orenyx’s agreements. Retention periods vary by data category and are determined based on these purposes.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may access, update, or request deletion of certain account information by contacting Orenyx at Support@OrenyxLabsLLC.com or through account settings within the Service, where available. A Technician may request deletion of their Technician Information and Check-In Data by contacting Orenyx or through their employer. Orenyx will respond to verified requests consistent with applicable law.
8. Security
Orenyx uses administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Service, including data isolation and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Orenyx cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is directed to individuals eighteen (18) years of age and older and is not intended for children. Orenyx does not knowingly collect personal information from children under eighteen (18).
10. Changes to This Policy
Orenyx may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is posted on the Service with its effective date. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
